How does the free refill program work?
Once you purchase one of our signature glass jars, you are eligible for unlimited refills. Simply log into your account, select the spice you need, and pay only for the shipping and handling of the refill pouch.
What is the quality of your spices?
We source only Grade A, organic, and non-GMO spices from sustainable farms worldwide. Our spices are ground in small batches to ensure maximum potency and flavor when they reach your kitchen.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Refill pouches are sent via a specialized flat-rate service to keep your costs as low as possible.
Are the refill pouches eco-friendly?
Yes, all of our refill pouches are made from 100% compostable materials. Our goal is to reduce single-use plastic waste in the spice industry by encouraging the reuse of our premium glass jars.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you can return the jars within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, individual spice refill pouches cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer our free refill program globally in the near future.
