Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all spice jars are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement spices within 3 to 5 business days.
